Surrounded by the Tors and Moors of Bodmin, our Outdoor and Active Centre at Siblyback Lake is located within the picturesque Cornish countryside. Explore and enjoy a range of water and land based activities or relax in this truly idyllic location which is recognised as a place of outstanding natural beauty. Our centre provides a range of activities suitable for all ages and abilities, try something new on your holiday in the South West and give kayaking, windsurfing or wakeboarding a try. Keep the whole family entertained with a range of popular land activities such as our children’s play area, cycling and nature walk paths.

Modern facilities.

The campsite benefits from modern showers, changing rooms, children’s play area, on site café and a huge variety of activities. Located near Liskeard, Siblyback Lake is only 5 miles from the A38 and 8 miles from the A30 ensuring great access to the whole of East Cornwall. Visit the Cornish south coast, including popular seaside towns of Fowey and Looe and countless other attractions which are located locally to Siblyback Lake. Our centre is the perfect Cornish destination for holiday makers wanting to experience something new. The unique lakeside location, beautiful views, friendly ambience allows visitors to relax and unwind on their camping break. See what amazing wildlife you can spot both in and out of the water whilst exploring the nature pathway which runs alongside the complete lake.

The campsite caters for families with children, there is plenty of room to play, enjoy picnics and take part in family orientated activities. For the more adventurous camper, you can take part in adrenalin fuelled activities such as our full system Wake Park and high ropes course. For a more relaxed way to enjoy the beautiful scenery, visitors can also hire out rowing boats, kayaks and sailing dinghies or launch their own craft on site, please note that there is a small fee for launch.

Please note that the access to Siblyback Lake and the campsite itself is unsuitable for towed caravans, we accept motorhomes no larger than 20ft due to the access to the site.

Campers are allowed to use the site and facilities before or after check-in/out. Please ensure you have packed up before 11:00 on the day of departure, you can still use the main car park and enjoy the lakes facilities after packing up.

Siblyback Lake is a popular trout fishery, the lake is regularly stocked with rainbow trout up to 6lb and is a firm favourite with fishermen. Keen fisherman can enjoy a day of fishing for Rainbow and Brown Trout. Siblyback’s current record is a 10lb 8oz Rainbow Trout, so why not visit and see if you land a whopper?

Directions: Take the Bolventor junction off the A30 and follow the brown signs or from the A38 follow the signs from Twelvewoods roundabout at Dobwalls.
